"In the world of today, as well as for the foreseeable future, the world’s only population billionaires are China and India — at 1.35 billion and 1.21 billion, respectively. Even so, these two population giants are on distinctly different demographic paths." (Joseph Chamie)
1. We should care about how many people are in India because over the next 4 decades there will be an increase of 400 million people in India. As a result, India is expected to overtake China as the most populated country in the world in less than two decades, (perhaps around 2028).
2. India and China both have a over population problem, the government believe its nessessary to control the population growth, to keep the population growth under control. However, this rule or law interferes with a person's most person choise, to have a family. I think its going to far as a law and should be chaged to a goal or recomandation.
